Step-by-step instructions for resetting a forgotten password, updating your password from within your account, and changing your login email address.
Security tip: Never share your password with anyone, including OVCC support staff. We will never ask for your password.
Go to OVC² and click Sign In.
Click "Forgot your password?" below the password field.
Enter the email address linked to your account and click Send Reset Link.
Check your inbox for an email from noreply@ovcc.africa.
Click the Reset Password button in the email (link expires in 30 minutes).
Enter your new password twice and click Save. You will be signed in automatically.
Go to Profile (top-right avatar) → Settings → Security.
Click Change Password.
Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
Click Save Changes. You will remain logged in on the current device.
Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
Click Edit next to your current email address.
Enter the new email address and your current password to confirm.
A verification link will be sent to the new address — click it to confirm the change.
Your login email updates once the new address is verified.
