How long does a password reset take?
Reset emails are sent instantly. Check your inbox and spam folder. The reset link expires after 30 minutes.
Can I change my username?
Yes. Go to Profile → Edit Profile and update your display name. Your unique account ID stays the same.
What happens if I unlink a parent account?
The parent loses access to your progress dashboard and reports. Your own account and data are unaffected.
Is my personal data shared with third parties?
No. OVCC does not sell or share your personal data. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
