Learners own their data. OVCC does not sell, share, or transfer personal learner data to any partner. Protecting learner trust is a non-negotiable foundation of the platform.
Partners do not receive unrestricted access to learners. All engagement, opportunities, and interactions happen through the OVCC platform under controlled conditions.
Any learner interaction, application visibility, or opportunity matching is based on clear opt-in consent. Learners remain in control of what they access and what they share.
No partner controls OVCC. All product decisions, learner relationships, and platform direction remain fully independent.
