Protection of Personal Information Act — OVCC Student Mobile App
Online Varsity College Connect ("OVCC", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the personal information of all users of the OVCC Student Mobile App ("App") in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act No. 4 of 2013) ("POPIA") of South Africa.
This document outlines how we comply with POPIA and sets out your rights as a data subject under South African law.
