Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R), clear your cache, or open OVCC in a private/incognito window. If the issue persists, contact support.
My account is locked — how do I unlock it?
Accounts are locked after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the password reset link.
Which browsers work best with OVCC?
OVCC works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported.
