Does OVCC share my data with third parties?
OVCC does not sell personal data. Limited data may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors) strictly to operate the platform. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How long is my data retained?
Active account data is retained while your account is open. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days unless legal obligations require longer retention.
Can I request a copy of my data?
Yes. Under POPIA, you have the right to access the personal information OVCC holds about you. Submit a data access request via the Contact page.
What should I do if I suspect my account has been compromised?
Change your password immediately, enable 2FA, and contact support at support@ovcc.africa. We will investigate and secure your account.
