Follow these six steps to get your OVCC account set up, verified, and ready to use from sign-up through to your first lesson.
Download the OVC² app, open it, and click Sign Up. Start by selecting your role: Learner or Parent/Guardian. Once your role is selected, complete the sign-up form with your details and create your account.
Check your inbox for a verification email from noreply@ovcc.africa. Click the Verify Email button. If you do not see it within 2 minutes, check your spam folder or click Resend on the login page.
Once your email is verified, sign in to finish setting up your account. Your selected role determines the dashboard and features you will see in the app.
For learners, your academic profile is pulled into the system automatically. You do not need to manually enter your grade or subjects during onboarding.
Your dashboard shows upcoming lessons, recent activity, achievements, and quick links to your courses. Take a moment to familiarise yourself with the navigation menu on the left.
When a learner registers, the guardian account is automatically linked in the system. The guardian must still create their own account before they can sign in and access the parent dashboard.
