When am I charged?
You are charged on the same date each month (or year for annual plans), starting from the date you first subscribed.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. VAT-compliant invoices are available for download in your Billing dashboard under Account → Billing → Invoices.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account and data are retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can reactivate within that period. After 30 days, data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
Do you offer school or institutional pricing?
Yes. Schools and partners receive custom pricing. Contact us via the Partners page to discuss a tailored plan.
